EVA (Esports Virtual Arenas) is a specialized player in the gaming industry, acting as both a game developer, esports event organizer, and franchisor. We offer the most advanced free-roaming VR games on the market, delivering highly immersive and dynamic gameplay.
EVA locations are premium venues ranging from 500 m² to 1500 m². Each includes massive VR arenas and relaxation areas with food, entertainment, and esports content. EVA arenas are the world’s largest playable VR arenas, with a standard surface area of 500 m² across all locations.
Estimated investment (CAPEX, excl. VAT) depends on the format. For a 'EVA Playground' (550 m² arena), it ranges from €350,000 to €450,000. For 'EVA 1 Arena + Chill/Food Area' (800 m²), it ranges from €650,000 to €750,000. For 'EVA 2 Arenas + Chill/Food Area' (1300 m²), between €850,000 and €950,000. This includes EVA setup fees, works, furnishings, kitchen equipment, financial costs, deposits, and working capital.

EVA provides comprehensive and ongoing support, including financing, construction, and know-how transfer. During operations, we offer marketing, software, licensing, tech assistance, training, and customer service support. EVA also delivers regular game content updates, R&D efforts, and platform improvements.
EVA developed proprietary technology that combines cutting-edge VR headsets with Wifi6 connectivity, allowing full mobility across large spaces. Our standard arena size is 500 m², or 31m x 16.5m, with capacity for up to 10 simultaneous players.
EVA boosts replayability and revenue through seasonal content updates, new maps, weapons, and unlockable content via a Season Pass. Additional revenue comes from AR darts, arcade terminals, Battle Pass subscriptions, and merch sales both online and in locations.
