هذي المرة الثالثة اللي احجز فيه و أجي مع مجموعة جديدة مكان لطيف و مختلف جدًا ولا يوجد مثله كثير

اللعبة ممتعة جدًا وتستحق التجربة، وبإذن الله راح أرجع لها مرة ثانية. لكن خصمت نجمتين بسبب تعامل بعض الموظفات، خصوصًا في الاستقبال، كان في برود وتعامل غير ودّي، وكأننا نعرف التفاصيل مسبقًا، رغم أننا جينا قبل الموعد بـ20 دقيقة الموظفه لما جات تدخلنا للتعلميات تقول استعجلو مع ان هي اللي متاخره في دخلتنا مو احنا. وبرضو الموظفة اللي داخل كانت تنافخ وتكلمنا كأننا ارتكبنا خطأ، مع إننا دافعين ومبلغ مو بسيط ونبغى نستمتع بتجربة لعب، مو كأننا بمدرسة أو تحت تدريب عسكري. أتمنى يتم تدريب الموظفين على كيفية التعامل مع الزبائن بشكل ألطف، لأن التجربة الترفيهية تعتمد كثيرًا على أسلوب التعامل، مو بس على اللعبة نفسها
